In Monday's league challenge, the host British International School of Chicago volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park Hawks.

The (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Cruz (Chicago, IL). The Dragons enter the Lake Shore Athletic challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Cruz beat Roycemore (Evanston, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the Beacon Academy Trailblazers (Evanston, IL) in a Lake Shore Athletic challenge, on Wednesday, October 2. Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Trailblazers enter the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over College Prep of America (Lombard, IL).
