The Malden Golden Tornados volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Everett Crimson Tide to 1 in the Golden Tornados league triumph on Monday.

The Golden Tornados now have a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Somerville for a Greater Boston outing on Thursday, October 3. Malden will play a Highlanders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Highlanders record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Everett drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Crimson tide host Chelsea (Chelsea, MA) to play the Red Devils in a Greater Boston outing on Wednesday, October 2.
