The Narragansett Mariners topped the visiting Johnston Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's league game.
Next up, the Mariners face the Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI) in a Division 3 game, on Wednesday, October 2. Narragansett will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Vikings go into the game with a 2-9 record after their 3-0 league win over Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI).
The Panthers (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI). The Chieftains go into the Division 3 game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Ponaganset gained a win over Tiverton (Tiverton, RI), 3-0, in a league game.
