New York High School Volleyball - Monroe over Young Women's College Prep

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Monroe Red Jackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Young Women's College Prep Griffins.
The Red Jackets (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilson Magnet (Rochester, NY). The Wildcats come into the Section 5 Rochester challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Wilson Magnet lost by Franklin (Rochester, NY), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Griffins play the Rochester Prep Tigers (Rochester, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Young Women's College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Edison Tech (Rochester, NY).
