Tennessee High School Volleyball - West over Northview Academy

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the West Rebels (Knoxville, TN) and the visiting Northview Academy Cougars (Kodak, TN), observed West's volleyball team top Northview Academy by a count of 3-1.

The Rebels (16-11) will now prepare for their contest against King's Academy (Seymour, TN). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 7-17 record. In their last contest, King's Academy was knocked off by Farragut (Knoxville, TN), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Cougars meet the Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders (Gatlinburg, TN) in a AA District 3 contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Northview Academy will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record. The Highlanders enter the contest with a 4-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to North Greene (Greeneville, TN).
