Ohio High School Volleyball - Perry over Orange

Fans at Monday's league contest between the Perry Pirates (Perry, OH) and the visiting Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH), observed Perry's volleyball team top Orange by a count of 3-0.

The Pirates (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hawken (Gates Mills, OH). The Hawks enter the Chagrin Valley - Chagrin contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Hawken notched a victory over Harvey (Painesville, OH), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Lions battle the Chagrin Falls Tigers (Chagrin Falls, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Chagrin contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Orange will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 9-9 record after their 3-0 league win over Harvey (Painesville, OH).
