In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Bishop England Battling Bishops volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Hilton Head Island Seahawks.
The Battling Bishops (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against May River (Bluffton, SC). The Sharks go into the AAAA Region 7 test with a 7-12 record. In their last test, May River was defeated by Hanahan (Hanahan, SC), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Seahawks now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridges Prep for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 1. Hilton Head Island will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Battery Creek (Beaufort, SC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 1-9.
