Prince George Royals (Prince George, VA) followers left the game pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Petersburg Crimson Wave (Petersburg, VA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Royals (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Knights come into the Central challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Thomas Dale beat L.C. Bird (Chesterfield, VA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Crimson Wave face the Colonial Heights Colonials (Colonial Heights, VA) in a Central game, on Thursday, October 2. Petersburg will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Colonials go into the game with a 7-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Dinwiddie (Dinwiddie, VA).
