The Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders flag football team scored 28 points and restricted the host Cary Imps to 7 in the Crusaders league win on Tuesday.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the Felton Grove Galaxy (Apex, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Cardinal Gibbons will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record.

The Imps (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Golden Hawks go into the challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Holly Springs toppled Felton Grove (Apex, NC), 35-0, in a league challenge.
