Alabama High School Flag Football - Vestavia Hills nudges Spain Park

In Tuesday's league match, the host Vestavia Hills Rebels flag football squad scored a close 21-18 triumph over the Spain Park Jaguars.

The Rebels (19-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Buccaneers go into the battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Hoover nipped Mountain Brook (Birmingham, AL), 36-14, in a league battle.

The Jaguars now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Oak Mountain for a battle on Tuesday, October 7. Spain Park will play a Eagles team coming off a 18-0 league loss to Prattville (Prattville, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
