The Murray Spartans held off the visiting Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next, the Spartans face the Jordan Beetdiggers (Sandy, UT) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 3. Murray will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Beetdiggers come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to East (Salt Lake City, UT).
The Bulldogs (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT). The Soaring Eagle go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Juan Diego Catholic was nudged by Park City (Park City, UT), 6-0, in a non-league bout.
