The Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Holy Redeemer Royals to 2 in the Trojans league victory on Tuesday.

The Trojans now hold a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Western Wayne for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 4. Greater Nanticoke Area will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Old Forge (Old Forge, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-2.

With the loss, Holy Redeemer moves to 6-7 on the year. The Royals travel to Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA) to play the Blue Knights in a Wyoming Valley 2 bout on Friday, October 3. The Blue Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Wyoming Seminary College Prep lost 12-0 in their recent league game against Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA)
