The Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA) ice hockey trounced the host Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA), 6-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Lancers (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Knoch (Saxonburg, PA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Knoch was routed by McDowell (Erie, PA), 6-5, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Hillers battle the Morgantown Mohigans (Morgantown, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Mohigans come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 7-4 non-league win over Ringgold (Monongahela, PA).
