With the triumph, Xaverian Brothers advances its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Boston College High (Boston, MA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-0.

The Lancers now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to St. John's for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 2. Malden Catholic will play a Pioneers squad coming off a 1-1 non-league St. John's Prep (Danvers, MA). The Pioneers record now stands at 3-0.
