The James River Knights topped the visiting Carroll County Cavaliers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Knights face the Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 2. James River will attempt to advance on its 12-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the game with a 4-8 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, VA).

The Cavaliers (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Patrick County (Stuart, VA). The Cougars come into the outing with a 10-1 record. In their last outing, Patrick County beat North Stokes (Danbury, NC), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
