North Carolina High School Volleyball - Southwestern Randolph over Eastern Randolph

The Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

The Cougars (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC). The Jets enter the non-league contest with a 1-16 record. In their last contest, Jordan-Matthews was knocked off by Northwood (Pittsboro, NC), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Wildcats battle the Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles (Asheboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 2. Eastern Randolph will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 11-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over North Moore (Robbins, NC).
