The Trojans (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Lee County (Sanford, NC). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Lee County was nudged by South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats play the Southern Lee Cavaliers (Sanford, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 2. West Johnston will attempt to advance on its 12-7 season record. The Cavaliers go into the game with a 5-13 record after their 2-0 league loss to Union Pines (Cameron, NC).
