The Thunderbirds (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Gridley (Gridley, CA). The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Gridley was knocked off by Orland (Orland, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Lions now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oroville for a battle on Thursday, October 9. Live Oak will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Las Plumas (Oroville, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-10.
