The Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) volleyball held off the host Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Cary Academy for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 1. Middle Creek will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 league win over North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Sanderson drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Cary (Cary, NC) to clash with the Imps in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. The Imps come into the bout with a record of 1-7.
