The Aquinas Academy Crusaders smashed the visiting Carlynton Cougars soccer team by a tally of 6-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Brentwood for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. Aquinas Academy will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Coraopolis, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Carlynton moves to 0-11 on the year. The Cougars travel to Bishop Canevin (Pittsburgh, PA) to play the Crusaders in a WPIAL A 4 bout on Thursday, October 2. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Bishop Canevin lost 4-3 in their recent league game against Serra Catholic (McKeesport, PA)
