The Biglerville Canners (Biglerville, PA) soccer overwhelmed the host Fairfield Knights (Fairfield, PA), 6-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Canners now hold a 12-2 record. They play next when they host York Catholic for a York-Adams 3 contest on Thursday, October 2. Biglerville will face a Fighting Irish team coming off a 7-0 league win over Hanover (Hanover, PA). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 13-0.
The Knights (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Shalom Christian Academy (Chambersburg, PA). The Flames enter the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Shalom Christian Academy was overwhelmed by High Point Baptist Academy (Geigertown, PA), 4-0, in a non-league contest.
