Oldenburg Academy Twisters (Oldenburg, IN) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the visiting Centerville Bulldogs (Centerville, IN), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Twisters (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 7-6 record. In their last outing, Lawrenceburg got by Greensburg (Greensburg, IN), 2-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Connersville Spartans (Connersville, IN) in a non-league outing, on Monday, October 6. Centerville will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Spartans go into the outing with a 7-8 record after their 2-1 league loss to Batesville (Batesville, IN).
