The Gladiators now hold a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilcox RVT for a Connecticut Technical challenge on Tuesday, October 7. Goodwin Tech will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Vinal RVT moves to 0-8 on the year. The Hawks host Whitney RVT (Hamden, CT) to encounter the Owls in a Connecticut Technical challenge on Wednesday, October 1. The Owls go into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Whitney RVT lost 6-2 in their recent league challenge against Kaynor RVT (Waterbury, CT)
