Oregon High School Soccer - La Salle knocks off Hillsboro

The La Salle Falcons soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Hillsboro Spartans to 0 in the Falcons league victory on Tuesday.
The Falcons now hold a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts for a 5A Northwest Oregon bout on Thursday, October 2. La Salle will face a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Parkrose (Portland, OR). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-7.
The Spartans (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Putnam (Milwaukie, OR). The Kingsmen enter the 5A Northwest Oregon contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Putnam was overwhelmed by Hood River Valley (Hood River, OR), 5-3, in a league contest.
