Ohio High School Soccer - Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin knocks off Holy Name

The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions soccer squad scored 10 points and held the host Holy Name Green Wave to 1 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Grand River Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will play a squad coming off a 4-2 league win over First Baptist Christian (Elyria, OH). The record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Holy Name moves to 3-8 on the campaign. The Green wave travel to Normandy (Parma, OH) to face the Invaders in a non-league game on Saturday, October 4. The Invaders come into the game with a record of 2-8. Normandy lost 3-1 in their recent league game against Lakewood (Lakewood, OH)
