The Huskies (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Demons go into the non-league outing with a 5-6 record. In their last outing, Santa Fe got by Manzano (Albuquerque, NM), 5-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Vikings confront the Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 6 outing, on Thursday, October 2. Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 7-7 record after their 7-0 league loss to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
