The Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA) softball overwhelmed the visiting Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA), 7-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Panthers (14-5) will now prepare for their bout against St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA). The Golden Lions go into the 4A Region 5 bout with a 16-11 record. In their last bout, St. Pius X Catholic nudged Druid Hills (Atlanta, GA), 13-0, in a league game.
The Angoras now hold a 0-11 record.
