The Greyhounds (5-1) will now prepare for their match against McCluer North (Florissant, MO). The Stars come into the non-league match with a 8-0 record. In their last match, McCluer North notched a victory over Hazelwood East (St. Louis, MO), 17-2, in a league game.

The Spartans now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host McCluer North for a Class 4 District 6 game on Thursday, October 2. Hazelwood East will play a Stars squad coming off a 20-0 league win over Hazelwood Central (Florissant, MO). The Stars record now stands at 7-0.
