Georgia High School Softball - Crisp County edged by Worth County

September 30, 2025: Cordele, GA 31015

The Crisp County Cougars softball squad (Cordele, GA), was edged 5-4 in Tuesday's non-league bout with the visiting Worth County Rams (Sylvester, GA)

The Rams (10-17) will now prepare for their bout against Cook (Adel, GA). The Hornets go into the non-league bout with a 18-3 record. In their last bout, Cook was nipped by Pierce County (Blackshear, GA), 6-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Hawkinsville Red Devils (Hawkinsville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 2. Crisp County will attempt to advance on its 6-12 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 2-17 record after their 15-14 non-league loss to Marion County (Buena Vista, GA).
