John Milledge Academy Trojans (Milledgeville, GA) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their softball team run past the host Mount de Sales Academy Cavaliers (Macon, GA), 10-0 in a league match.

The Trojans (12-7) will now prepare for their match against Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA). The Trojans come into the GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 6 match with a 14-5 record. In their last match, Tattnall Square Academy notched a victory over Stratford Academy (Macon, GA), 11-3, in a league match.

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Piedmont Academy Cougars (Monticello, GA) in a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 6 game, on Thursday, October 2. Mount de Sales Academy will attempt to better on its 0-12 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 1-17 record after their 19-2 non-league loss to Athens Christian (Athens, GA).
