Texas High School Volleyball - Alief Elsik overwhelmed by George Ranch

George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Alief Elsik Rams (Houston, TX), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Longhorns (20-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Alief Taylor (Houston, TX). The Lions come into the 6A Region III District 20 challenge with a 6-22 record. In their last challenge, Alief Taylor lost by Foster (Richmond, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The Rams now sport a 2-21 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fulshear for a 6A Region III District 20 test on Friday, October 3. Alief Elsik will face a Chargers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Alief Hastings (Houston, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 25-9.
