Texas High School Volleyball - Nederland Barbers Hill

In Tuesday's league match, the Barbers Hill Eagles (Mt. Belvieu, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the host Nederland Bulldogs (Nederland, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

The Eagles (31-5) will now prepare for their contest against West Brook (Beaumont, TX). The Bruins enter the 5A Region III District 19 contest with a 22-9 record. In their last contest, West Brook notched a victory over Port Arthur Memorial (Port Arthur, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the Beaumont United Timberwolves (Beaumont, TX) in a 5A Region III District 19 battle, on Friday, October 3. Nederland will attempt to improve on its 15-17 season record. The Timberwolves go into the battle with a 5-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX).
