In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Prestonwood Christian Lions volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Bishop Lynch Friars.

The Lions (26-4) will now prepare for their challenge against John Paul II (Plano, TX). The Cardinals enter the TAPPS 6A District 2 challenge with a 28-12 record. In their last challenge, John Paul II beat Ursuline Academy (Dallas, TX), 3-1, in a league test.

The Friars now own a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Legacy Christian Academy for a TAPPS 6A District 2 test on Thursday, October 2. Bishop Lynch will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 12-3.
