Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Okaw Valley Timberwolves (Bethany, IL) and the visiting Blue Ridge Knights (Farmer City, IL), observed Okaw Valley's volleyball team top Blue Ridge by a count of 2-0.

The Timberwolves (2-13) will now prepare for their battle against Heritage (Broadlands, IL). The Hawks go into the Lincoln Prairie battle with a 4-19 record. In their last battle, Heritage dropped by Villa Grove (Villa Grove, IL), 2-1, in a league battle.

The Knights now own a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Unity Christian for a Lincoln Prairie battle on Thursday, October 2. Blue Ridge will meet a Lions team coming off a 2-0 league win over Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL). The Lions record now stands at 16-3.
