The Boyd Yellowjackets (Boyd, TX) volleyball overcame the visiting Pilot Point Bearcats (Pilot Point, TX), 3-0 in Tuesday's league match.

Next up, the Yellowjackets battle the Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX) in a 3A Region II District 10 match, on Tuesday, October 7. Boyd will attempt to move on its 24-9 season record.

The Bearcats (6-24) will now prepare for their match against Valley View (Valley View, TX). The Eagles enter the 3A Region II District 10 match with a 4-16 record. In their last match, Valley View was outscored by Paradise (Paradise, TX), 3-0, in a league bout.
