Texas High School Volleyball - Stacey over Brackett

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Stacey Eagles (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting Brackett Tigers (Brackettville, TX), observed Stacey's volleyball team top Brackett by a count of 3-1.

The Eagles (5-18) will now prepare for their contest against Sabinal (Sabinal, TX). The Yellowjackets go into the 2A Region IV District 30 battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Sabinal achieved victory over Charlotte (Charlotte, TX), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Tigers now own a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Pryor for a 2A Region IV District 30 battle on Friday, October 3. Brackett will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Stacey (San Antonio, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 20-6.
