The Rockbridge County Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Buffalo Gap Bison to 1 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now have a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Wilson Memorial for a Shenandoah outing on Thursday, October 2. Rockbridge County will play a Green Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA). The Green Hornets record now stands at 9-3.

With the defeat, Buffalo Gap moves to 3-9 on the season. The Bison host Staunton (Staunton, VA) to confront the Storm in a Shenandoah game on Thursday, October 2. The Storm go into the game with a record of 4-6. Staunton lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA)
