The Jay M. Robinson Bulldogs volleyball squad (Concord, NC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC)

With the win, Carson improves its record to 19-3 on the season. The Cougars host Hough (Cornelius, NC) to meet the Huskies in a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 1. The Huskies enter the contest with a record of 10-11. Hough won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Garinger (Charlotte, NC)

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) in a South Piedmont 4A/5A contest, on Thursday, October 2. Jay M. Robinson will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Spiders enter the contest with a 9-9 record after their 3-2 league loss to Salisbury (Salisbury, NC).
