Texas High School Volleyball - China Spring over La Vega

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting China Spring Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the La Vega Pirates.

The Cougars (19-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Lorena (Lorena, TX). The Leopards come into the 4A Region III District 23 challenge with a 25-10 record. In their last challenge, Lorena beat Gatesville (Gatesville, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Pirates play the Connally Cadets (Waco, TX) in a 4A Region III District 23 challenge, on Friday, October 3. La Vega will attempt to upgrade on its 17-7 season record. The Cadets come into the challenge with a 11-19 record after their 3-0 league loss to Robinson (Robinson, TX).
