The Mendota Aztecs volleyball squad (Mendota, CA), dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Coalinga Horned Toads (Coalinga, CA)
The Horned Toads (12-10) will now prepare for their contest against Tranquillity (Tranquillity, CA). The Tigers enter the West Sierra contest with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Tranquillity dropped by Dos Palos (Dos Palos, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Aztecs now own a 1-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avenal for a West Sierra battle on Thursday, October 2. Mendota will encounter a Buccaneers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Firebaugh (Firebaugh, CA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 14-12.
