The Colleton County Cougars volleyball squad (Walterboro, SC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC)

With the win, May River improves its record to 17-8 on the season. The Sharks travel to Bishop England (Charleston, SC) to encounter the Battling Bishops in a AAAA Region 7 battle on Thursday, October 2. The Battling Bishops go into the battle with a record of 11-7. Bishop England won 3-1 in their recent league contest against Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC)

Next, the Cougars encounter the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) in a AAAA Region 7 battle, on Thursday, October 2. Colleton County will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 10-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Bluffton (Bluffton, SC).
