The Downsville Demons volleyball squad (Downsville, LA), was defeated 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Red River Bulldogs (Coushatta, LA)
With the win, Red River improves its record to 8-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Caddo Magnet (Shreveport, LA) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 2. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 7-12. Caddo Magnet won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Wossman (Monroe, LA)
Next, the Demons meet the Doyline Panthers (Doyline, LA) in a contest, on Thursday, October 2. Downsville will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 6-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Magnolia School of Excellence (Shreveport, LA).
