In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host World of Inquiry Griffins volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the East Eagles.

The Griffins (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Early College (Yonkers, NY). The Sharks go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Early College gained a win over Franklin (Rochester, NY), 3-2, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now sport a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilson Magnet for a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. East will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 league win over Edison Tech (Rochester, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-6.
