The Florence Eagles prevailed the visiting Vicksburg Gators volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 17-5 record. They play next when they host Holmes County Central for a Class 5A Region 2 bout on Thursday, October 2. Florence will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lanier (Jackson, MS). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-12.
With the loss, Vicksburg drops to 15-4 on the campaign.
