Illinois High School Volleyball - Morrison edged by Fulton

Fulton Steamers (Fulton, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL), 2-1 in a league challenge.

The Steamers (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Erie-Prophetstown (Erie, IL). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 19-2 record. In their last challenge, Erie-Prophetstown got by Kewanee (Kewanee, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Newman Central Catholic Comets (Sterling, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 6. Morrison will attempt to improve on its 10-11 season record.
