The Tomales Braves edged the visiting Grace Christian Academy Lions volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Braves face the Mendocino Cardinals (Mendocino, CA) in a North Central III game, on Thursday, October 2. Tomales will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 10-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Laytonville (Laytonville, CA).

The Lions (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Anderson Valley (Boonville, CA). The Panthers go into the North Central III game with a 11-2 record. In their last game, Anderson Valley nudged Potter Valley (Potter Valley, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
