Michigan High School Volleyball - Utica Eisenhower over Grosse Pointe South

The Utica Eisenhower Eagles (Shelby Township, MI) volleyball overcame the visiting Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI), 3-1 in Tuesday's league contest.

The Eagles (19-2) will now prepare for their contest against L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Crusaders enter the Macomb Area - Red contest with a 17-6 record. In their last contest, L'Anse Creuse North was knocked off by Romeo (Romeo, MI), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Blue Devils battle the Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) in a Macomb Area - Red contest, on Thursday, October 2. Grosse Pointe South will attempt to move on its 10-10 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 6-13 record after their 3-2 league loss to Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI).
