The New Fairfield Rebels volleyball squad (New Fairfield, CT), dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Housatonic Mountaineers (Falls Village, CT)

With the win, Housatonic improves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Mountaineers travel to Northwestern Regional (Winsted, CT) to meet the Highlanders in a Berkshire contest on Friday, October 3. The Highlanders enter the contest with a record of 9-3. Northwestern Regional lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Suffield (West Suffield, CT)

The Rebels now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weston for a Southwest-Colonial battle on Friday, October 3. New Fairfield will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Stratford (Stratford, CT). The Trojans record now stands at 2-4.
