New York High School Volleyball - Kellenberg Memorial St. Anthony's

The St. Anthony's Friars knocked off the visiting Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds volleyball team by a margin of 3-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Friars now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host St. Dominic for a Catholic bout on Thursday, October 2. St. Anthony's will clash with a Bayhawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Kellenberg Memorial (Uniondale, NY). The Bayhawks record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Kellenberg Memorial drops to 9-2 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to St. John the Baptist (West Islip, NY) to confront the Cougars in a Catholic match on Thursday, October 2. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 0-1.
