In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Keota Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Lone Tree Lions.

The Eagles (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against English Valleys (North English, IA). The Bears enter the non-league challenge with a 7-10 record. In their last challenge, English Valleys beat Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA), 3-2, in a non-league test.

The Lions now own a 0-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pekin for a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. Lone Tree will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-9.
